Plans for the near future
I have decided to postpone the next release until the start of November. 5th at the latest. Originally it was planned for mid September, but-
My wedding is in September, I might move in October, and my job situation may also change going into next year. It's a big quarter for me. I have to consider when I can give honest work to the project. I still expect it will release in late October, but to be safe, I'm saying November. I will still continue to post updates regularly as I work at it, but I know I won't release by September because I will be occupied. November gives me time to promise results on the project, but also give space for my personal life.
I know some might say "I don't need to explain myself," but I do feel a sense of responsibility for any delays. This is a one-time delay for this unique point. Going forward I will try to keep updates to 3-month intervals or less!

Personally, I won't say that a dev 'needs' to explain themselves so much as I feel its just the responsible and professional thing to do as a dev who is dependent on the community that they're making the game for. In that, I actually respect you more and am willing to be patient BECAUSE you keep us, your community, in the loop. Not saying you need to tell us everything and I get shit happens, but staying updated and knowing that you're still active is what matters. Just take your time and do what you gotta do in the meantime, and thanks for the hard work!

Thank you. You're right. It's likely just the nature of how I am that I feel as though I have an obligation.
But I get it when you say it's more of a courtesy to keep people in the loop, and I want to do that for everyone!

I know i'm late, but as someone who loves this game, and is amazed by the work you put in for just simply random people, you deserve to have your own time. Everyone in life needs time to themselves. As for myself, I need time choosing who is the best in this game c: (i still haven't reached the end :c)
