Where and when was I supposed to meet Featana? she just randomly shows up with Priscilla in the academy halls with no introduction. I assume this is part of exploration mode letting things happen out of order?
That's right. I found that leap of logic in the code in hindsight. It's one of those things that gets away from you if you have to play the game through fresh each update. So it was hard to catch. I'll try to fix it after I am done with the content of 2.0.0

It's not a big deal but it would be cool if there was content with Ezra just as they actually are, not with a completely different body. I get it if you don't like that for whatever reasons but personally the option would add a lot. Personally it takes away from whatever relationship they have with the mc if its entirely contingent on them being someone else every time they're intimate. (Plus their default body is cuter they don't need more chest.)
On the Ezra point. I actually agree with you. What you described is better. It's not what I planned on exploring from the start, so it's hard now to go back and take that angle. I do see in hindsight that people who might have liked Ezra how they are would take offense to Ezra seemingly losing 'his' sense of self.
I do apologize for that. It was not my intention to make it seem like Ezra shouldn't be a viable option if they didn't 'change'.
But Ezra's story was always written from the angle that this is secretly what Ezra really wants. And while they struggle to maintain it at arm's length, (Because of their ambition to be more like the MC) their deep desire is to fully change for the MC.
But on the flip side. Ezra is a good character and deserves their own chapter. So after the dust settles, if I feel like I have a good story for them, I'll write that as a true aside.

My game seems to be in a very odd state. I can't find any of the content added in the latest release. Fast travel says none of the characters have anything for me. Checking the character logs says end of content for everyone but Juna. For her it says "Juna is a devoted servant. I can trust her" but doesn't say where I should go. My last completed Juna event is "Juna's new task" but no location has anything for me to do. Am I missing something?
I'll investigate this and return to you. Hopefully there is just a trigger somewhere that was not immediately clear. I'll try looking for it.
EDIT: What does it say for Featana's Character log? I'm trying to see if a flag is missing. If you cannot visit her at the farm, then maybe something is wrong ._. Also, if you have discord, and you can send me your save file, I'd like to look into it there too.

Yes, there is trouble starting it with the App sometimes. I don't know whether to attribute it to long start up time, which can be the case for some of these Renpy titles.
Or if it is inherit in the way Itch app starts the game.
But you can try starting the game with the wartribe.Exe file in the download. Straight from the directory where you install the game. I find that helps.
I must admit that first I downloaded this game for explicit reasons but the story is what made me stay. The subplots for each of the girls were genuinely interesting and the later half of the story was without a doubt good storytelling, poor Juna.
Anyways, Leona is the best in my humble opinion. That is all, great game would recommend.
The city should unlock after events at the servant's quarters, or events with any of the girls that you have not progressed. If you get stuck, I would highly recommend enabling fast travel for a bit if you haven't already.
It might be, but I have never tried, nor do I know how. It is a renpy game, so possibly you can take the renpy save from one place and insert it somewhere else. But from Android to PC/Mac I would bet there are issues.
It would be nice if there was more content with Petra. Personally, I'm really looking forward to continuing the main storyline with her, not counting Juna, she's my favorite. The story of her sister's death was downright Hollywood, and I'm looking forward to continuing.
The game is very good 😁, that is, the gallery has mixed storylines and H scenes, which is chaotic, causing me to travel quickly and have many scenes that are not unlocked. It would be nice to redo the gallery and change it to H scene CG. Is 2.0 the end of the game? Is there no update in the back?
I'm on the android version and I can't figure out how to summon Fredrika. She isn't with the regular girls such as Magna or Luce and I haven't found an option elsewhere. An I missing something or is the game bugged?

Hi I can't seem to find where the saves are located in the Android port. I was gonna try to recover my saves last time I played this but I couldn't find where the save folder is and I've saved a few times to check where it is

2.0.0 is not the end planned. It is the end of the chapter though, with some updates planned to polish that version.
The story gallery seems to be not an H scene gallery, but a storyline gallery. Can fast travel unlock everything?
Fast travel will unlock most things, but not some of the side scenes, no.

I found a workaround that worked for me:
Either don't be good to Joy leading up to this, or try not to please her during the date. Hope it works for you too.
Picking every option that pissed Rhea off seemed to push past the issue, thank you for the suggestion. Shame that's how it works though.
