There were a number of bug fixes from 0.9.1 to 0.9.2 that needed to be added.
A notable one is one that kept Magna from being available after catching a particular intruder in your academy.
This one might have kept some users of exploration travel from getting the new content intended in 0.9.0

[] Fixed numerous grammar and spelling errors, and adjusted some word usage to make more sense
[] Fixed dialog leap with Magna and Yuni that would not correctly loop back to their menu
[] Fixed an issue where Juna would dress without permission in her new orientation scene

[] Fixed an issue where Cleo could roll an 11 and only gain 1 point  in her dice game
[] Fixed an issue where Magna wouldn't be available at the barracks for Luce's storyline
[] Fixed a bug that would cause dialog with Magna/Stacia/Jorgi to loop back to the beginning of the scene
[] Adjusted some scenes to terminate music when the scene ends 
[] Adjusted spar with Magna to avoid re-looping of music
[] Updated logs to include new Cleo content

To be honest, this patch was out on Patreon and Gamejolt, but I only recently started adding the game to Gamejolt, and mistakenly missed it here on Itch.io. I'm very sorry to all the people who have found the game here! 
If you are reading this as I post it, the 0.9.2 version will be updated here shortly, within the next hour.
The mobile version will have to stay 0.9.1 as my mobile porter is unavailable to make the change.
